This remarkable slimline fryer uses a patented ‘oil spray’ system to achieve cooking results as good as any standard 5¼ pints fryer – but using just a fraction of the oil. When the fryer reaches cooking heat, the spray system automatically starts to spray the very hot oil around the food in the chamber. At the end of the selected time, the spray stops – and because the food has not been submerged in fat, cooking stops too which means things are less likely to be overdone.
